By accessing and using the mktsys.io website, or by contracting any MKTSYS service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any condition, please do not use this site.

MKTSYS is the trade name of 29.982.013 Lenoir Seibert, registered under CNPJ no. 29.982.013/0001-95 — a sole-proprietor technology, automation and digital marketing company operated by Lenoir Seibert and active throughout Brazil. We provide process automation, systems integration, software development and digital marketing services.

This site is intended solely for informational and commercial purposes. It is prohibited to:

• Use the site for illegal or unauthorised purposes;
• Reproduce, copy or distribute any content without prior written authorisation;
• Attempt to access, interfere with or compromise systems, servers or networks associated with the site;
• Send spam, viruses or any malicious code.

All content on this site — including text, logos, images, source code, visual identity and the MKTSYS brand — is the exclusive property of MKTSYS or of its respective licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Only a limited, non-exclusive permission to access and use the site for personal and informational purposes is granted.

Service delivery is governed by a specific contract signed between the parties. These Terms of Use apply to the use of the site and complement, but do not replace, the agreed contractual terms.

MKTSYS reserves the right to refuse to provide services to any person or company, at its sole discretion.

Part of our services integrates the client business's Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts with the mktsys-chat (ID 1673744990409857) and MktFull Connect (ID 106909992491881) applications through Meta's official APIs. By connecting its assets, the client business declares that:

• It owns the connected assets or has express authorisation to administer them;
• It authorises MKTSYS to receive, reply to and store messages and comments on its behalf;
• It is the controller of the personal data processed in those channels and is responsible for the content sent to end users;
• It will comply with Meta Platform policies, including messaging rules and the Messenger 24-hour window.

Use of these integrations is also subject to Meta's own terms. MKTSYS may suspend the integration if usage violates those policies or puts the application at risk of restriction.

The client business may disconnect its assets at any time by removing the application in Meta's business settings or by asking MKTSYS to disconnect it.

MKTSYS makes reasonable efforts to keep the site and services available but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates or technical factors beyond our control, including outages, API changes or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms such as Meta.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MKTSYS is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the services;
• Inaccuracies or errors in the published information;
• Content of external sites linked from this site;
• Unavailability, change or discontinuation of third-party APIs and services our integrations depend on.

This site may contain links to third-party sites (LinkedIn, GitHub, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram). Including these links does not imply endorsement of, or responsibility for, the content of those sites. We recommend reading each platform's terms and policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from this document shall be settled in the courts of the Judicial District of Caçador, State of Santa Catarina, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged.
