Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of the personal data processed by MKTSYS (MKTSYS.io), the trade name of 29.982.013 Lenoir Seibert — CNPJ no. 29.982.013/0001-95 — both on the mktsys.io website and in the mktsys-chat (ID 1673744990409857) and MktFull Connect (ID 106909992491881) applications, which integrate Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct.

You can use this procedure if you sent a message through the site's form, if you talked to a business served by our platform on Messenger or Instagram Direct, or if you commented on a post from those accounts.

Send an email to contato@mktsys.io with the subject "Data deletion" and include:

1. The channel where the contact happened (site form, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct or a comment);
2. The username or profile name you use on that channel;
3. The name of the Facebook Page or Instagram account you talked to, where applicable;
4. An approximate date of the contact, which helps us locate the record.

You may also request it via WhatsApp +55 (49) 98404-0935 or by replying in the Messenger or Instagram Direct conversation itself with "I request the deletion of my data".

You can also revoke the application's access directly on Meta: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find mktsys-chat or MktFull Connect and remove it. Removal stops further access but does not by itself erase records already stored — for that, also send the request described in section 2.

• Acknowledgement of receipt: within 5 business days;
• Completion of deletion: within 30 calendar days from confirmation of your identity;
• Backup copies: removed on the next rotation cycle, within 90 days.

When it is done, we send written confirmation of what was deleted.

Deletion covers all personal data we hold about you, including:

• Platform identifiers (Messenger PSID, Instagram IGSID);
• Public name, profile picture and other contact record data;
• History of direct messages, comments and attachments stored by us;
• Data submitted through the website contact form.

We may retain a minimal amount of data where required by a legal or regulatory obligation, or for the regular exercise of rights in judicial, administrative or arbitration proceedings (art. 16 of the LGPD). In that case we tell you exactly what was kept, why and for how long. Retained data is blocked from any other use.

When we act as a processor on behalf of a client business — the case for Facebook and Instagram conversations — we forward your request to the controller and carry out the deletion according to its instruction and the timelines above. Copies that remain on Meta's own servers must be requested directly from Meta.
